Open your heart and home to Jewish music!
Dear Reader,
24 ensembles, including 12 from Israel, will perform in the coming Jewish Music Festival & Competition in Amsterdam between 10th and 14th October 2012.
The organisation of the festival is looking for people and families who would like to host a musician at home for the period of the festival. This will assist the musicians greatly in financing their stay in Amsterdam. In addition to the gratitude of the musicians and the festival organisation, every host will receive two free tickets to the opening concert at the Portuguese Synagoge on the 10th of October.
Some of the ensembles will arrive on the 10th and others on the 11th of October. They leave on the 14th or the 15th of October, after the end of the festival. It is not essential that hosts provide the guests with breakfast - that is up to the individual host. Even if you can host just one person, this will be great help for these musicians!
